METHOD OF USE
Put 300-400 grams natural salt chunks in any small container and add enough warm water to just cover it. Allow the salt chunks to dissolve for about 20-30 minutes. Do not add any other bath products. Put this solution in the bath tub and add water. Soaking in a salt bath re-mineralizes the body whilst enabling it to retain moisture instead of drying the skin out like a normal bath. The cleansing effects of a 30-minute sole bath are believed to equal that of a 3-day detox, while softening the skin & balancing the skin’s pH factor.
