Men Only Beginners Yoga Course

Our Men’s Beginners Yoga Course is specifically designed for men who are new to yoga. The course caters for all ages and body types, and will provide a non-competitive environment for you to be more at ease to explore the benefits of yoga than perhaps you might in a mixed-gender or mixed level class.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of Tamara Yoga Vinyasa practice and receive individualised instruction in basic yoga sequences that develop your strength and flexibility, as well as mindfulness techniques to help you relax and let go of stress.

You’ll gain practical tools to bring more clarity, peace and balance into your busy, complex life.
