Mums and Bubs Yoga Course

This wonderful class is designed for Mums (parents, dads and nannies are welcome too!) with babies aged from 6 weeks up to the age they start to crawl.

Connect with your body and bond with your bub in a safe space where you’ll feel empowered and supported. This class encourages you to gently move your body, stretch and build strength, all while having fun with your baby.

These classes are for parents to have a safe space to reconnect with their bodies after the birth of their beautiful babies.

This class offers some time to engage with your little one as you learn a few stretches they might enjoy, followed by a flow for you too. Restorative poses, mindfulness and meditation are also included so that you feel like the best version of yourself as you learn more.

Postures and meditations are chosen to help you deal with the daily challenges of caring for a baby and still finding time for yourself.

Baby postures are a gentle and fun mix of song and movement with lots of laughter and giggles.
