Beginners Yoga Course

Our Beginners Yoga Course, specifically for if you’re completely new to yoga, is designed to  support you, so you’ll know exactly what to do.

Our Beginners Yoga course progresses from week to week starting at the very beginning. You’ll learn the fundamentals of Tamara Yoga Vinyasa practice which means you’ll  increase your strength, endurance and flexibility. You’ll improve your posture, sleep, immunity and digestion. Feel more energised and gain greater present moment awareness and mindfulness.

You’ll progress at your own rate and get to experience all the proven benefits of yoga!

We cap the number of enrolments so you receive individualised attention, hence bookings are essential.
