We totally understand. That’s why we have drop-in classes for yoga beginners and specifically designed beginners courses. We start right at the very beginning and go step-by-step so you can learn the fundamentals of yoga.

As a beginner, in our classes, you’ll learn about safe form and the basics of our Vinyasa practice from our teachers, who’ve all completed at least two years of yoga teacher training with Tamara.
You can attend our beginners’ yoga classes even if you’re not new to yoga. Everyone’s welcome. Our beginners’ yoga classes are great for getting back to basics, and for cultivating a beginner’s mindset.
