Jess Heggaton

Jess’s classes offer you the opportunity to turn your attention inwards, stilling the chatter of the mind and assisting you to become your own teacher. Through movement and pranayama practices, you will be offered the opportunity to better understand yourself and your needs. Many options and variations will be offered throughout class to ensure you are equipped to personalise your practice and best serve your individual requirements. Jess will also share philosophical teachings of yoga that will deepen your practice both on and off the mat.
Jess is also a co-studio manager and helps supports the day-to-day running of the studios.
