What is Yin Yoga?

Also referred to as Yang & Yin yoga, Yin yoga focuses on strengthening and toning the muscles of the body, as well as releasing into the deeper layers of your body’s connective tissue. By balancing and integrating these two opposites in your class, you’ll feel rejuvenated, invigorated and restored.

ACCESSING OUR YIN YOGA ONLINE CLASSES AS AN EXISTING CLIENT:

If you’re an existing client wanting to access our Yin yoga online classes, simply book through our app or website, just as you would a regular Yin yoga class – at least an hour before the start time of the class. You can use your TY Unlimited Membership, class packages, or sign up for a TY Online drop-in for $16 / class.

To make sure you’re ready for your online class, simply set up your free personalised account with Zoom here: https://zoom.us/signup. At TY, we recommend signing up with a username similar to your name, as it will help sync with our TY records. Once your account has been created, Zoom can be accessed via your web browser on your laptop or phone.

An hour before your Yin yoga online class, we’ll send you the link to the class. Please join the live stream 5 minutes before the start time of the class to ensure a seamless start. Then, simply roll out your mat and get ready to enjoy your Yin yoga class online at home.
