Chloe offers beginner-friendly vinyasa classes that emphasise movement with breath, alongside restorative rest-and-repair practices. Her teaching is gentle and unforced, focused on cultivating groundedness, balance, and ease in both body and mind. Chloe supports students in developing a calm, connected practice where they feel centred, supported, and at home in themselves. She reminds students that yoga is their own practice there is no one to impress inviting each class to be enjoyed as a gift of presence and a return to a feeling of wholeness.
