Our Beginners Vinyasa Drop-In Classes are specifically designed for those new to yoga. You will learn about safe form and the basics of Tamara Yoga Vinyasa practice from our teachers who have all completed at least two years of yoga teacher training. The yoga repertoire includes a variety of different tools and techniques. Our beginners’ yoga in Perth will enable you to properly utilise these skills and lead you to towards a path of one day mastering the practice of Vinyasa yoga.
You can attend our beginners’ yoga in Perth even if you’re not new to yoga; all are welcome. Our Beginners Vinyasa classes are great for getting ‘back to basics’ and for cultivating a ‘Beginner’s Mind’. Our drop-in classes run weekly so you can practice when it suits you!

The Beginners 6 week course progresses from week to week starting at the very beginning. You will learn the fundamentals of Tamara Yoga Vinyasa practice and receive individualised instruction.
