We totally understand. That’s why we have drop-in classes for yoga beginners and specifically designed beginners courses. Our Beginners Course is specifically designed for those who are completely new to yoga, so you’ll feel supported and know exactly what to do.
We start right at the very beginning and go step-by-step so you can learn the fundamentals of yoga.
You’ll progress at your own rate and get to experience all the proven benefits of yoga!

As a beginner, in our classes, you’ll learn about safe form and the basics of our Vinyasa practice from our teachers, who’ve all completed at least two years of yoga teacher training with Tamara.
The yoga repertoire includes a variety of different tools and techniques. Our beginners’ yoga classes in Perth, enable you to properly utilise these tools leading you to skillfully master Vinyasa yoga.
You can attend our beginners’ yoga classes in Perth, even if you’re not new to yoga, everyone’s welcome. Our beginners’ classes are great for getting back to basics, and for cultivating a beginner’s mindset. Our drop-in classes run weekly, so you can practice Vinyasa yoga when it suits you!
