Children’s Yoga is playful, creative and joyful. Yoga develops children’s balance, posture and co-ordination. Children improve their ability to relax and concentrate.
Term 1 – 8 week courses:
Monday 3:45pm-4:30pm (4-7 year olds) – 9th of February – 30th of March
Tuesday 3:45pm – 4:30pm (7-11 year olds) – 10th of February – 31st of March
