Vinyasa Beginners

Our Beginners Vinyasa drop-in classes are specifically designed for those new to yoga. You will learn about safe form and the basics of Tamara Yoga Vinyasa practice. All of the postures taught are safe and suitable for Beginners. Modifications are explained so everything becomes do-able.

You will learn yogic concepts that you will be able to apply to your practice in the long term so your yoga can become life-long. You will learn tools that you can use when you need them. In the same way as if you had work to do at home- depending on the work- sometimes you might need a screwdriver and other times you might need an axe…. There are many different tools in the yoga repertoire and you will learn how to use what you need when you need it.

You can attend our Beginners Vinyasa classes even if you’re not new to yoga. Our Beginners Vinyasa classes are great for getting ‘back to basics’ and to cultivate ‘Beginner’s Mind’.

The Beginners drop-in classes are  designed for those new to yoga that you can come to anytime. You do not need to book in advance for our drop-in classes.

Tamara Yoga Beginners 6 week course 

The Beginners 6 week course progresses from week to week starting at the very beginning. You will learn the fundamentals of Tamara Yoga Vinyasa practice, and receive individualised instruction as we cap number of enrolments.
