Relax and discover your inner yogi! This is a flow-style introduction to yoga especially for teenagers.
This after school class is designed to help teens unwind and de-stress.
Yoga for teens helps to:
- Increase concentration, focus, and attention
- Improve strength and flexibility
- Increase self-esteem
- Decrease anxiety and increases ability to relax
- Increase trust, compassion, teamwork and leadership skills
- Improve digestion
- Release stress and breathe well
- Strengthen the immune system
