Relax and discover your inner yogi! This is a flow-style introduction to yoga especially for teenagers. 

This after school class is designed to help teens unwind and de-stress.

Yoga for teens helps to:

  • Increase concentration, focus, and attention
  • Improve strength and flexibility
  • Increase self-esteem
  • Decrease anxiety and increases ability to relax
  • Increase trust, compassion, teamwork and leadership skills
  • Improve digestion
  • Release stress and breathe well
  • Strengthen the immune system

Fee: $150 for the 10 week course, or $15 for a drop-in class
