Relax and discover your inner yogi! Our beginner’s courses are a flow-style introduction to our Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes, perfect for teens and beginners looking to try each style of Yoga. As well as improving strength and achieving increased flexibility, assist your mental health and learn to develop relaxation and meditation techniques that you can apply to your daily life.

This after school class is designed to help teens unwind and de-stress.

Yoga for teens helps to:

  • Increase concentration, focus, and attention
  • Improve strength and flexibility
  • Increase self-esteem
  • Decrease anxiety and increases ability to relax
  • Increase trust, compassion, teamwork and leadership skills
  • Improve digestion
  • Release stress and breathe well
  • Strengthen the immune system

Fee: $150 for the 10 week course, or $18 for a drop-in class
