This will be a therapeutic yoga class comprised of a simple stretchy flow followed by application of fascial release techniques to soothe areas of tension, tightness and discomfort in the body using the wonderful
massaging effect of tennis balls. Self applied myofascial release is shown to relieve chronic pain, restore range of motion, shorten recovery time and reduce possibility of injury.
Healthy fascia enables us to stretch and move freely with strength and ease.
Fascial release not only creates physical release but moves you into deep states of peace and relaxation.
