This retreat offers the wonderful possibility to take time out from all the urgent demands on you, and devote yourself to rest, enjoyment and the chance to study yoga with Tamara.

Join us for a beautiful and potentially life-changing experience. Make your own long weekend. Arrive Thursday late afternoon/ evening in November and leave after lunch on Sunday. Each day there’ll be morning and afternoon yoga classes. Tamara’s especially adept at teaching what you need, looking after all levels of students, enabling you to advance your practice at your own pace.  Making the time for uninterrupted practice in this way has far reaching benefits that can make a difference to your whole year.

Last year’s Margaret River retreat with Tamara fully booked out months in advance as did her recent Bali retreat. As lots of students have requested this retreat we suggest you book early to ensure your place.
