Bliss Out in Bali is held at the Ananda Cottages in Ubud, renowned as the cultural and traditional heart of Bali. Located within the beautiful mountains and untouched jungle, our enlightening yoga retreat offers an experience unlike any other. Ananda Cottages are a unique, traditional style of accommodation owned and run by a local family. The cottages are in the middle of lush rice paddies with green fields surrounding our yoga studio. Research indicates that spending time in nature leads to faster recovery from stress, decreases mental fatigue, restores mental clarity, increases one’s sense of wellbeing, improves physical health and healing, and even improves performance.

Our Bali yoga retreat begins with an introductory session on Sunday at 5:30pm and concludes after the 10am brunch on Saturday. Check-in time is 1:00pm and your check-out time will be 12:00pm.
Previous students have found the deep immersion in this yoga retreat profoundly enriching. We keep our retreat numbers small so that you receive individualised instruction; however, limited places mean you need to book in early.

Tamara Graham will be leading the Bliss Out in Bali yoga retreat. She’s a truly inspirational teacher, and her classes are dynamically uplifting experiences. Her approach is based on her awareness that within each of us is a deep well of contentment, strength and joy. Yoga is the tool that helps us recover our natural peacefulness and recognise the true brilliance of our souls. From this experience, you’ll learn how to translate the teachings from our yoga retreat directly into your life – transforming you into your happiest, best, most authentic self. Get ready for a whole mind, body, spirit workout and for the experience of real yoga. You’ll feel energised, vibrant, peaceful and clear, as well as more resourceful. Tamara’s love of yoga and enthusiasm for teaching is infectious; you’ll be inspired to realise the goal of yoga, which is enlightenment.
Tamara’s passion for yoga was kindled at the age of fourteen and she has been meditating since 1986. Tamara has studied with many internationally renowned yoga teachers. For several years, she studied and taught yoga in New York. While living in the U.S., she studied with Yogiraj Alan Finger of ISHTA Yoga. Since moving back to Australia and establishing the thriving Tamara Yoga studios in Perth and the highly regarded Yoga Teacher Trainings in Perth, Bali and Margaret River, Tamara has travelled to New York to undertake further one-to-one studies with Kavi Yogiraj Alan Finger. Alan initiated Tamara to transmit Shaktipat – the transference of spiritual energy to assist meditation and the experience of highest consciousness.
As well, Tamara is a registered yoga teacher at the highest level. She’s an E-RYT 500 with the international association Yoga Alliance and a Senior Teacher with Australia’s association of yoga teachers, Yoga Australia. Most profoundly, Tamara has been conferred the sacred title of Yogiraj / Yoga Master by Alan Finger.
