When Courtney discovered yoga she felt she had found the thing which had been missing from her life. She finds yoga to be a journey which becomes increasingly rich and joyful the longer she travels it. She has maintained a dedicated meditation practice for ten years and has enjoyed attending a number of silent retreats.
