This wonderful class is designed for Mums with babies aged 6 weeks up to the age they start to crawl. Connect with your body and bond with your bub in a safe space where you can feel empowered and supported. This class encourages you to gently move your body, stretch and build strength, all while having fun with your baby.
This class offers some time to engage with your little one as you learn a few stretches they might enjoy, followed by a little flow for you too. Restorative poses, mindfulness and meditation are also included so that you feel like the best version of yourself as you learn more about motherhood.
