This Men’s Beginners Yoga Course is specifically designed for men who are new to yoga. The 6-week course caters for all ages and body types, and will provide a non-competitive environment in which you will feel more at ease to explore the benefits of yoga than you might in a mixed-gender or mixed level class.

You will learn the fundamentals of Tamara Yoga Vinyasa practice and receive individualised instruction in basic yoga sequences that develop your strength and flexibility, as well as mindfulness techniques to help you relax and let go of stress.
