You will learn the fundamentals of Tamara Yoga Vinyasa practice and receive individualised instruction in basic yoga sequences that develop your strength and flexibility, as well as mindfulness techniques to help you relax and let go of stress.
For those who have already completed a Beginners Course, or who are maybe already familiar with yoga, but now want MORE – we also run a 6-week Level 2 Beginners course, where Fish will guide you in a deeper understanding of stability and ease through asana (poses) pranayama (breathing) and yogic philosophy.
You’ll gain practical tools to bring more clarity, peace and balance into your busy, complex life. But you still want that uniquely strong vibe that you had when you practiced with a bunch of guys.
